Terms of Service

- I only accept commission requests via my Discord server (invite link) and through an application form that goes live whenever the commissions are open. They are NOT first come first serve, but the artist's choice. Discord members can pick a role that notifies them whenever I open commissions/adoptables/YCHs.- I accept payment only through PayPal via an invoice, please make sure to provide me with a viable e-mail for one. My preferred currency is euro.- I send an invoice after the initial sketch is approved, and continue to work after.- Refunds are accepted only in the early stages of work, partial refunds for more completed pieces.
Artworks nearing completion or very far into the process will not be refunded.- The client will be provided with updates throughout the process.
The usual update is: sketch > lineart > colors > rendering process update (the numbers of which depend on the complexity of the piece).
If you want changes, be sure to state them at the appropriate moment within the art process, ideally sketch or lineart.
Excessive amount of changes will require extra payment as a compensation.- If you want a transparent/specific color background version of your commission, let me know beforehand.- I reserve the right to deny a request if I feel it’s out of my league or makes me uncomfortable, or other reasons.- For now I only accept single character commissions, but we can discuss group scenes on case-by-case basis. In those cases, the fee for an additional character is 100% of the base commission type's value, as well as possible extra, should the piece itself become complex for it.- It usually takes me around 1-2 weeks to complete a piece, up to a maximum waiting time of 1-2 months.- I can keep your commission private for a fee of 15% added to the original price.- I work on one commission at a time, in order in which they’re accepted; position in the queue might affect the time of delivery.- You may NOT use my art for NFTs or AI generation.
