Terms of Service

- I accept payment only through PayPal via an invoice, please make sure to provide me with a viable e-mail for one. My preferred currency is euro.- I send an invoice after the initial sketch is approved, and continue to work after.- Refunds are accepted only in the early stages of work, partial refunds for more completed pieces.
Artworks nearing completion or very far into the process will not be refunded.- The client will be provided with updates throughout the process.
The usual update is: sketch > lineart > colors > rendering process update (the numbers of which depend on the complexity of the piece).
If you want changes, be sure to state them at the appropriate moment within the art process, ideally sketch or lineart.
Excessive amount of changes will require extra payment as a compensation.- If you want a transparent/specific color background version of your commission, let me know beforehand.
- I reserve the right to deny a request if I feel it’s out of my league or makes me uncomfortable, or other reasons.- For now I only accept single character commissions, but we can discuss group scenes on case-by-case basis.- It usually takes me around 1-2 weeks to complete a piece, up to a max of 1 month.- I work on one commission at a time, in order in which they’re accepted; position in the queue might affect the time of delivery.
